Only coins commonly known as "problem" and "no grade"
coins are accepted under this service. NCS will authenticate, assign a Details
Grade with description of surface problem and encapsulate. Any coin submitted
for this service that will qualify for non-problem coin grading by the NCS-approved
grading service will be submitted to said service on behalf of the owner.
NCS grading fees will be waived and the
grading service will charge the owner applicable grading fees and return
the coin. |

Coins, tokens and medals are authenticated, any recognized
varieties and errors are attributed and the coin is certified as genuine.
Original coins as well as coins commonly known as "problem" coins
or "no grades" may be submitted for this service. NCS does not
assign a Details Grade under this service. Any coin not certified by NCS,
except for counterfeits, replicas, and date or mintmark alterations will
not be charged certification fees. Problem-free coins will be transferred to NCS-approved coin grading services, and the grading service will charge the owner applicable grading fees.
