| EVALUATION |
1% of declared value* per coin, minimum $5.

Evaluation is the first step in the conservation process.
During the evaluation process a determination is made as to what, if any,
conservation procedure will be undertaken. Coins deemed not suitable for
conservation will only be charge this amount and returned to the submitter
in their original holder if certified. If the "Submit Coins for Grading"
service option is selected, all raw coins will be submitted to the NCS-approved
grading service or certified by NCS depending on the originality of the
items' surfaces. |

| CONSERVATION |
4% of declared value* up to $150,000 per coin,
2% of declared value* over $150,000 per coin,
$15 minimum fee. |

|
Submit any uncertified US or World coin struck from
1970 to present. One flat-fee includes conservation at NCS and NGC
certification. Following conservation, your coins are transferred to NGC where
they are graded and encapsulated in the NGC holder. Please note NGC does not
grade coins with detrimental surface conditions. Coins not eligible for NGC
grading will receive NCS details grading and encapsulation. Not genuine coins
or coins with altered dates or mint marks will be returned uncertified. Special Note: Please submit coins for Modern Tier on a separate submission form. |

If selected, ALL coins on the invoice will be submitted to
the appropriate grading service based on the originality of their surfaces.
Already certified coins will not be submitted for grading unless they were
removed from their holders and conserved. Certified coins that were conserved
will be submitted to the NCS approved grading service and grading fees will
be charged by the grading services. Raw coins will be submitted to the appropriate
grading service based on the originality of their surfaces. Any coin, commonly
know as a "problem" coin or "no grade" coin will be
authenticated and given a Details Grade by NCS. |

If selected, ALL coins
on the invoice will be Authenticated and Encapsulated
by NCS after conservation. NCS will accept uncertified
original and "problem" coins. Coins are
encapsulated as Genuine. No grade is given on the
label. This optional service applies to all coins
on the invoice. |

| EXPEDITE |
$50 per coin |

Applies to ALL coins on invoice.
This fee is in addition to conservation fees. The
submission is moved to the front of the waiting line. Turnaround
time is dependent on the volume of work at the
time of submission. |

| CONSERVATION REPORT |
$75 per coin |
|
Applies to ALL coins on invoice. A
written description of the conservation work performed
on the coin will be furnished. If no conservation
work is performed, a report detailing the reasons
why will be provided at a fee of $25 per coin. |
