The prices below do not apply to Authorized Dealers or ANA and Collector's Society members who are authorized submitters.

Evaluation	Required before any conservation service can be performed. Coin is examined by experts to determine what conservation work, if any, should be performed.		1% of declared value	$5***
Conservation	Appropriate conservation work is performed		3% of declared value	$10***
	Gold Coin Spot Removal (Gold spot removal coins must be sub- mitted on a separate invoice.)
	Coins Valued up to $1,000		$15 plus grading fee
	Coins Valued from $1,001 - $2,500		$30 plus grading fee
	Coins Valued from $2,501 - $5,000		$50 plus grading fee
Expedite	The coin is moved to the front of the waiting line. Turnaround time is dependent on the volume of work at time of submission.**		$50	--
Grade Protection	Coins already certified are guaranteed to maintain the same minimum grade at the NCS-approved grading service subsequent to conservation work.		1% of declared value	$5***
Submit coins for grading	After evaluation and conservation by NCS, the coin is forwarded to the NCS-approved grading service.		Applicable grading service fee will be billed by grading service
*   All fees are per coin ** NCS does not have a turnaround time schedule due to the nature of the business, but should the work performed by NCS require more than 10 business days, submitters will be notified by e-mail(if the e-mail address is provided). ***   Coins valued over $25,000 call for a quote

Please note that declared value must be realistic to reflect current market value, and that NCS reserves the right to adjust any values that it believes are not accurate, which in turn would affect the fee for the item.
